Art Market

With some spare time over the summer holidays I started preparing for the markets. This is new terrain to me but something that I've always wanted do. Last year I set the intention to start selling my work but only recently have I started painted enough to build up "stock".

Markets are a great platform for exposure as an artist and the lifestyle appeals to me.

Part of the application process includes a photo of your stall so I had to set one up to take a photo of... i've been collecting antiques for many years so found everything I needed already in my garage which was handy. It was also a great to see my work all come together.

Included in my collection of antiques are boxes from my late Grandparents and other handmade items including a bookshelf made by a friend from recycled timber (perfect for displaying gift cards). Keep an eye out for me at your local Northern beaches markets later in the year.
